Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 1, 2026 · S2 Advisory LLC ("Flattnd")

      We will never sell, share, or monetize your data. Your uploaded statements and extracted output are yours. We access them only to deliver the service.
    

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flattnd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

2. Description of Service

Flattnd is a financial data extraction platform that converts commercial bank account analysis PDF statements into structured, machine-readable Excel files. The Service is provided on an invite-only basis during its current private beta phase.

3. Eligibility & Access

Access to the Service requires explicit authorization by a Flattnd administrator. You may not share your access credentials or login links with unauthorized parties. Each authorized user is responsible for all activity conducted under their account.

4. Uploaded Data

You retain full ownership of any documents and data you upload to the Service. By uploading a file, you grant Flattnd a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process that file for the purpose of delivering your extraction results.

Source PDF files are processed in-memory and are never written to persistent storage.
Extracted output (Excel files) is retained for up to 30 days and may be deleted by you at any time.
Flattnd does not analyze, review, or use your uploaded content for any purpose other than producing your requested output.

5. Data Confidentiality — No Sale, No Sharing

Flattnd will never:

Sell your data to any third party
Share your data with any third party except as required by law
Use your uploaded statements or extracted output to train machine learning models
Use your data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond delivering the Service

This commitment applies to all data you upload, all extraction output generated, and all account information you provide.

6. No Warranty on Output

Extraction output is provided as-is. While Flattnd is designed to produce accurate, structured results, you are responsible for verifying all extracted data before using it for financial reporting, analysis, or decision-making. Flattnd makes no representation that output is error-free or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flattnd and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on extracted output.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload documents you do not have the legal right to process
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

9. Termination

Flattnd reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or at its sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
